The firm was founded in 2010 with the firm philosophy that each client and case deserve personalized attention, and extraordinary legal representation. Over the years, the firm has handled thousands of claims against insurance companies and has remained dedicated to providing highly specialized legal services with the utmost professionalism and proficiency. Kevin W. Whitehead, P.A. d/b/a Whitehead Law Group, was founded in 2010 by Kevin W. Whitehead, Esq. The firm concentrates its practice in personal injury, personal injury protection, and homeowners’ claims. The firm is currently comprised of Kevin W. Whitehead, Esq. (President and managing partner), Dylan Shore, Esq., (associate attorney), Anita Zuniga (paralegal), Roxy Colchado (litigation secretary), Stephanie Tejeda (Law Clerk and administrative assistant) and Oscar Espinal (Director of Administrative Operations). We have been located at 2100 Coral Way, Suite 603, Miami, FL 33145 since 2018. Our main office is positioned close to Coral Gables, Brickell Avenue, Downtown, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, The Roads area, and Coral Way/8th Street.

We work on a contingency fee basis, which means no recovery, no fees. Simply put, if you don’t receive a recovery, we do not get paid! This fee arrangement is approved by the Florida Bar and is standard in the practice for these types of cases. In some instances, the insurance company pays our attorney fees, which means, you keep the entire recovery. Remember that your case is as important to us as it is to you!

Anita Zuniga is a certified Paralegal at Whitehead Law group. Having 25 years of extensive experience in the legal field, Ms. Zuniga possesses an in-depth knowledge in personal injury. She has assisted in resolving over tens of thousands of cases. A fundamental aspect of Anita Zuniga’s work is her compassion and accessibility to her clients. As a result of her persistent and diligent efforts, she has resolved many cases for the maximum amount of compensation for our clients. Roxana Colchado

Litigation Assistant
Roxana Colchado, Litigation Assistant at Whitehead Law Group, is no stranger to the legal field having spent more than 16 years as a legal secretary and 3 years as litigation secretary. Before, joining Whitehead Law Group in 2014, Roxana Colchado previously worked at Rubenstein Law with attorney Robert Rubenstein, Esq. and Eric Shapiro, Esq. Many of her responsibilities at Whitehead Law Group consist of assisting attorneys Kevin W. Whitehead, Esq. and Dylan Shore, Esq. with all aspects of the litigation process from beginning to end.
